Welcome to the list.

First off, get to that ped's office quickly and ask him to give you a

medical exemption for vaccination. Medical exemptions are hard to

obtain, so if you have a doc that is willing to provide one, get it

done, don't wait!

" Holding off indefinately " is what I'd suggest! You poor daughter has

already had a reaction to vaccines, so why ever chance that she won't

have one in the future? Delay, delay, and delay until you've had

opportunity to thoroughly research and decide for yourself if the

vaccines are worth the risks (they aren't but don't take my word for

it, educate yourself).

As far as pursuing a claim, I would. Do you know if your daughter's

reactions were ever reported to VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting

System)? That would be the first step. If your ped hasn't done it,

ask him to. If he (or she) won't, then do it yourself.

preventing.
