Hi Crystal!

I absolutely LOVED meeting you as well!!!!!

And for everyone else that reads this....CRYSTAL IS AWESOME!!! She

is a wonderfully encouraging addition to this group and I was so

excited to see her here!!!!!!!!!!! She's a smart, quick, passionate

woman and I have a feeling she's got some staying power for our

cause as well :)
