When Friends Get Vaccines ?

My little guy who is 7 months old is completely unvaccinated, but a

friend of his is getting vaccinated. Is there any reason to keep my

son away from his vaccinated friends right after they receive a shot?

If so why and for how long?

Last week he was around a friend who had just gotten their MMR. Since

then he has had a runny nose and been incredibly cranky. It is very

likely just another cold, but it seemed to coincide so I just thought

I'd ask?
