I have 102.7 sudden onset nursing 5 month old. I ate quite a lot of candy

yesterday and today. Rarely do that but it was sitting right by me and well it

was horrible. I know. Feel like an idiot.

Any chance it could be the tainted candy from china and what should I do?

I am on windbreaker' Arabanix, vitC, probiotics and synimmune. Or something like

that.

Baby not showing any signs but he is roasting being next to me.

Throat hurts too.

Thank you,

le

We just got a cat from a shelter. Is it safe to have with a 5 month

old that is not vaxed?

Hello le,

Any chance of just fasting for 24 hours to get rid of the sugar, colours etc?

Just drink pure water and don't worry.  Or maybe fast on carrot & greens juice.

Let the water wash you clean and think of it doing so as you drink it. The mind

helps the healing as in visualising what is happening. 24 hrs will not affect

your milk supply.

After that I would go for Vit C to complete the clean and to rebuild. You don't

want to go for bowel tolerance though while BF.

Don't worry - most of us have done it at some stage - and paid!  Probably

unnecessary worry over the source being China.

All the best,

Maracuja

I hope you are feeling better...:0)

I think the sugar itself reeked havoc and lowered your immune

system and you picked up a bug. This is the time of year where people

start eating really badly. This is why many think it is the " sick

season " .

It took me awhile to figure it out but it was the sugar that was

causing me to get sick.Every -time I binged on candy I would get sick

the next day.

I have researched a lot about sugar and the immune system. It is

soooo bad for you.

It is very addictive.

correy

Thanks for your replies on and off the board.

I am very addicted to sweet stuff but usually I make things at home and sweeten

them with agave or honey. But like I said before this was to good to pass up.

Ugh.

All is good now and won't ever binge like that again.

Thank you,

le
