Can somebody help me in getting a standard format for KAP survey For HIV/AIDS in

the Indian conext.

Dear FORUM,

We are a voluntary organisation based at Madurai,Tamil Nadu and also

implementing STD/HIV/AIDS Intervention programme among the inmates of

prisons in association with Tamil Nadu State AIDS Control Society.

We are also looking for a KAP Format. I shall be most grateful, if

you could kindly send us the format, if you get it from some source.
