I need some suggestions for a good multivitamin/multimineral that is

simple, no extra herbs, etc. Since I scaled back on all the

supplements I was taking I think some of the weird rashes are

disappearing. It may be that I was just taking too much for my

overloaded system, or maybe some of the dyes in these things was

causing a sensitivity. I am very sensitive right now to things I

would have never dreamed of, like the sun for example.

My goal is to be able to take a probiotic, b-12, alpha lipoic, milk

thistle x, cod liver oil, flax oil, maybe garlic, vitamin c plus a

good multi. I do not have any joint nor muscle pain at all, just

neuro. problems. I appreciate any recommendations. Also if anyone

is taking juice plus or think this may be better for me since you

draw the vitamins from that, I would really appreciate the advice.

About the rashes, Dr Kolb told me yesterday it looks like I am

detoxing through my skin. She is starting me on coffee enemas,

three times per week. I have never done them but took home some

paperwork on how to do it. Now I have to figure out where to buy

all the stuff. I will post a separate message on that.

I appreciate you all and even though there has been some

disagreement going on, I think you all are wonderful ladies. I read

everything you have to say and think over all of it. The fighting

doesn't really bother me; I just skip over it.

Hugs to everyone,

:)Beth
