Guest guest
I just found out that the daughter of a dear friend, 10 months old, had a severe fever and seizure this week after receiving the flu shot. I am so frustrated as this is a friend I discussed vaccines with and she was on the fence but decided to trust her doctor. The little girl already was a bit delayed and I was questioning mentioning to the mom that she might need some evaluation - the last thing she needed was a seizure! Any advice from those out there whose babies have had something like this happen? I don't want to seem insensitive the next time I speak to her, but I just want to shake her and say, " For the love of God, PLEASE don't give her any more shots!!! " . I'm sure the doctor told her the two things are unrelated. Or that it's a " normal " reaction to the shot. Melinda C. in Mass.
Guest guest
Melinda, please feel free to give her my blog. My family's story is found in Sept...Tell her to email me with any questions. Please tell her that " I said that the damage from vaccines may not be seen until the school years - like with my vaccine-injured teenage son " . http://vaccinesexposed.blogspot.com Dawn > > I just found out that the daughter of a dear friend, 10 months old, had a severe fever and > seizure this week after receiving the flu shot. > > I am so frustrated as this is a friend I discussed vaccines with and she was on the fence but > decided to trust her doctor. > > The little girl already was a bit delayed and I was questioning mentioning to the mom that > she might need some evaluation - the last thing she needed was a seizure! > > Any advice from those out there whose babies have had something like this happen?
