I think the best recomendations come from the patients themselves and

you will find that most of us are extremely passionate about our

plastic surgeons mainly because of how ill we were, to me the most

important things were the following

1. someone that believed the implants were causing my illness

2. that the PS be female( just a personal thing I guess I trusted a

woman to understand how I felt about having nice breasts still)

3. One that did a vertical lift and that would not leave me with

crease incisions

4. one that did enbloc and capsulectomy.

5. One that was highly regarded and respected in the community

6.one that had the most photos and happy patients.

Those to me were the most important things. Money was an issue, I had

to borrow money from my parents, and it was costly, but in the long

run can you put a price on good health and looking normal not

deformed?

As a medical professional for many years, I also know that word of

mouth and happy patients speaks volumes.

Those are valid points, and I am glad I found all of those in my ps. Except, To me I was happy to have my incisions hidden in my original crease line, horizontolly, under my breast crease- instead of up and down on the breastwhere it is more noticable. The scars are gone now- barely visable, and in the beginning you couldnt see them anyway where they were. Thats a plus. I dont look like I ever had surgery. I couldnt be happier

Not everyone can get away with crease incisions . Patty has

posted pics of hers and they are way more noticable than her vertical

ones. I think if you are smaller chested crease incisions can be more

obvious than vertical becasue you don't have much breast tissue to

cover the crease. Besides my vertical and nipple scars are pretty

much invisible too. and with the amount of lift I needed that was the

kind of lift I had to have, I was very saggy, we all have different

bodies, different issues to deal with and there is no right or wrong

way, just what works for us. I am also very lucky that I have

complete sensation in my nipples, and yes they function, they get

hard etc.

Yes Dear

I had a vertical mastopexy lift. I had no crease incisions to begin

with and did not want any, besides Dr Feng doesn't really do any

anchor lifts to my knowledge. I did not see any in her pictures and I

know she told me she felt that the extra incision was not needed for

me.

Anyhow, they healed up really well.
