C plus i supplement with C vitamins daily. Also, if you go to Whole Food Market, they have this herbal infusion for children in a dark dropper bottle with tons of great herbs in a honey base. Also, if you can, juice some carrots and apples with a touch of parsley for them for a few days. Raw honey is great for coughs and any respiratory issues. Try to avoid dairy for now until they recover. They need lots of liquids in a form of fresh juice, water, soups to loosen up the mucus.
