Guest guest
Thanks I appreciate your comments, I def am a big time Feng fan, and sometimes apparently that upsets others, which I do not know why, however I can tell you that after she removed my implants she came to me and held my hand and cried tears of joy with me telling me that she was so sure the implants had made me ill and how they were all inflamed inside my body, she is such an angel, she is amazing and warm and kind. I did do detoxing but the main thing really, believe it or not other than eating super healthy, doing allot of MSM and garlic everyday, the main thing(oh and water) that I did was tons of working out. To sweat away toxins. It worked, I feel wonderful. It took me approximately 18 months to get back all of my health and esp brain power, but now I am fit and fine! HEE HEE, and my boobies look fabulous and we(my hubby and I) love them. Thank god for Dr Feng, she made me have such nice breasts.] Anyhow my diet was mostly just healthy and lots of water and exercise and sunshine. I never missed a day of work after my explant. I am now a student, a wife, mom, and workout almost every day as well as hold a wonderful full time job. I love to travel and we travel allot. I love my life and feel like the most beautiful woman in the world even with A cups. I dont know what else to say but if you would like to speak more privately about Dr Feng email me at idagirl@... I would fill you in on everything possible about her and my experience. Hugs In , " jbbc_2005 " <jbbc_2005@y...> wrote: > , thank you for your opinion on Dr. Feng. Guest guest
Hi , I had a feeling the decision was both... over time I have no doubt it will be faith-driven and firm... will be cheering you on though! I have heard a lot about quinoa lately in Weight Watchers circles and am going to have to try it soon. Thanks for the article about it and recipes, I bookmarked it! Mung Dahl was new to me for sure. I just checked out that article too. Two of the new WW groups I'm leading meet in an area where there is an Indian grocer. I pass it each time I go there and have thought about stopping in just to see what kinds of interesting foods I might find but haven't because I wouldn't know what I'm looking at or what to do with anything. This at least gives me more information and ideas, thank you! I would love to try Kathy's aerobox!!! Sounds very different from anything I've been doing and yes, Kathy has become one of my favorites lately and I'm kind of unintentionally in a run to try as many of her stuff as possible it seems! Will email you my address off line. Thank you SO much !!!! Let me know if I can send you postage or anything! , thank you! , thank you for your thoughtful words of wisdom and yes you areright, the decision to not drink should be more faith based than inprotest. I guess it's a bit of both :)Quinoa (pronounced kee-nwa) is a very healthy grain from South Americathat reminds me a bit of couscous only bigger. Seehttp://chetday.com/quinoa.htmlMung Dahl is a yummy Indian dish. I have a friend that makes it withmustard greens and it's soooooo delish! Here's an article on it:http://www.mapi.com/en/newsletters/newsfood-lentils.htmlToday's workout will probably be Kathy 's Aerobox. , do youhave this or Kathy 's kickboxing workuts? I have them on dvd nowand would be happy to send you the vhs copies I have. I know youlike Kathy's other workouts you've done.If so, email me your address offline.Hugs!
