Guest guest
Hi all, i am a 21 year old mother of a 9 month old little boy. i am new to the group. up until this point my son has not received any vaccines. i have a history of austism in my family, and that fear is what lead me to my decision to delay his shots until 2 years of age. i am able to stay home with him and take care of him 24/7. but i plan on starting college classes soon, and when that time comes, my son will be in daycare. so, i have a dr. appt scheduled with his pediatrician on monday, and i am wondering what the best way to go about catching him up on his shots would be. i do not want to pump him full of everything at once. i do have a history of autism in my family, so i'd like to take it slow, if possible. do any of you have suggestions? or have you been through anything like this?
