Guest guest
There is one in Colorado Springs, CO, but I cannot recall his name off the top of my head. But hundreds of dollars for two is quite reasonable these days. Lynda At 01:46 PM 5/5/2004, you wrote: >Has anyone removed mercury fillings? Guest guest
wow, I guess I'm kind of cheap. Maybe I'll keep them in and see how I do with the next hair analysis. Thanks! Beth
Guest guest
Lynda, What is the procedure involved in filling removal? Is it painful (I'm a dental wimp) I have four small fillings on the back bottom teeth I'd like to be rid off, it's not attractive, I prefer white filling to match my teeth.Lynda <coss@...> wrote: There is one in Colorado Springs, CO, but I cannot recall his name off the top of my head. Guest guest
They have to drill it out, and they generally use dental dams and face masks to prevent inhaling the mercury and getting it into your mouth. No more painful than any other dental procedure. You will have to be numb, I am sure. You might not want to do both sides at once. I used to be a dental wimp, then had an auto accident and had to have jaw surgery, braces, two dental implants, and 2 1/2 years of work to rebuild my mouth. Right after I had neck surgery from the same accident. Then I had breast cancer the next year and started with the implant nightmare. Then I got divorced after 30 years. Wow, forgot about all that. Good thing, don't need to think about it. Lynda At 03:08 PM 5/5/2004, you wrote: >Lynda, >What is the procedure involved in filling removal? Guest guest
Beth: If it is any consolation to you, my neurological symptoms are completely gone and have been for at least a year and half to 2 years and I have a ton of fillings in my mouth some of which are mercury. It would literally cost me $10,000 to redo all those and my dentis told me that with some of the fillings they are so big the tooth could end up breaking requiring root canal or crowns. I have all my front teeth capped for cosmetic reasons and they look really nice, but the back ones are full of mercury. I chose to wait and see if I got better after explant before I tried forking out more money for this and thankfully I got better. The way I see it is if you only have 2 most likely you will be ok. Just my opinion, and of course if you think that you need to do it, then by all means I would never say not to. I just thought I would tell you how things went for me. I had severe neuro problems including dizziness and brain fog, numness and tingling etc all went away! Hugs -C In , " bethlakey " <bethlakey@y...> wrote: > wow, I guess I'm kind of cheap.
