Guest guest
You don't need antibiotics for a chest cold. A chest cold is NOT pneumonia. If it turns into pneumonia (which is confirmed by a chest x-ray), then you can make the decision. I give antibiotics if it's pneumonia. Two main pieces of advice: 1) go by behavior, not by fever or appetite. 2) do what your gut tells you. You're there, we're not. Listen to your Mommy antennae. Guest guest
Probably a good thing to monitor it. I'm sure you are on top of this. Let us know what happens.
