Is a philosphical exemption valid if I was to just print the California School Immunization Record from online and sign the the exemption section or does it have to be an actual card from the health department or wherever it comes from to keep on file for my daughter's daycare? Does anyone keep the exemptions in their child/children's medical records as well at their doctor's office? My main point here is I want something valid and true to my exemption for my daughter.
