Ok, so the number of children actually vaccinated in poor countries

is much lower than they say. However, they also keep saying that

death and disease is greatly decreasing in poor countries due to the

successful vaccination programs. So if the vaccination programs are

not as successful as they thought, is death and disease still

decreasing? If it is, then what is their explanation?
