There are many now who use a machine called ProAdjuster

http://www.proadjusterlifestyle.com

YOu just sit in this chair and lean forward on support and then a

special tool is used to work different areas of your back - no back/cracking

It has done wonders for my mom with spinal stenosis with serious pain

down into her legs and knees and my dad with a back problem too.

That is similar to what our chiro does. He either uses a machine that puts light

pressure on the neck area while you're lying down, or he uses a handheld device

for the rest of the body. He also uses a computer program to highlight the areas

of tension. Does the Proadjuster give feedback during the adjustments?

My mom also has spinal stenosis and one treatment of acupuncture about three or

four years ago relieved her of the discomfort that had her in a walker. She's a

little wobbly and uses a cane for balance but doesn't complain any more.
