I know that I need to have all my med.and financial papers ready for a divorce lawyer. My husband already said that my little one, Quinn, and I don't need to be living in a 5 bedroom house but I'm not the one that wanted to move into this house 6 months ago. Even Patty had to come over and help me unpack because it was to much for me. It took alot of work for me to pack up the other house and move here and have it painted, tiled, carpeted, and furnished. We were supposed to raise our family here. Why do I have to pack up and move again?? He makes alot of his money on tips that he doesn't claim, how am I going to get a fair share of his income for my son? He plays the piano and sings for special parties all over the world and gets paid cash. He is going to Ireland on Mon. for 10 days. He made me promise that I wouldn't get a lawyer while he was out of town. I thought that was because he might have 2nd thoughts but today he said that he heard that the person who files first has a big advantage. Is that true?? I think that Nevada is a no-fault state so it doesn't matter that he cheated on me and lied about it. I can't believe that I am typing this right now-this can't be happening to me.....My husband was the best thing that ever happened to me. I came from a broken family and I swore this wouldn't happen to my 2 yr. old. You never really know what is happening inside someone's head. Would you call me when you get a chance??
