Question about pet vaccinations

Reading 's comment on never injecting her family and pets ever again.

How do I get around the pets part? I had to get worm medication for my one cat,

and was told, " we haven't seen her for over a year, we can't put up meds for

her, until we give her her....she named off three shots....and I said, I can't

afford that! She said she would put up ONE pill that would take care of it and

it did, but she said I had to bring her in for her shots now.

Even when they get " fixed " , it used to be that they would do it and give them

their shots, at the same time. Now, they say they have to have all their shots

first, THEN do the operation! That is bull@#*!, and all of the vetinarians do

it now! That is robbery, but they hide behind, " we don't want to infect all the

other animals in the hospital " And they won't " fix " them without the shots,

they flat out refuse to do it!

It's frustrating, I have a neighbor who's cat comes to our house to attack our

cats on our porch, and had to go to the vet a couple of times now and this is

what I am getting!
