Thanks for your advice-I know I need to get a lawyer soon-today my husband said there is no way he wants to work it out with me. It is just such a shock-2 wks. ago we were in San Diego for a 4 day trip with our 2 yr. old. and having a great time!! He gave me a romantic Mothers Day card and swore that everything was terrific between us.

I really could not tell at all that he had on on-going affair for the past 5 months. I thought that I would have been able to tell that. We have been together for 7 yrs. and I've had fibro for the past 4. I've had ups and downs but I've never been bed-ridden. Pain meds have hidden my illness from most of our friends. We have still had a loving marriage.

It stinks to have to get divorced when you don't want to. I feel like I have no choice. He won't go to counseling, he just says that he loves me as a friend and he doesn't want to live a lie anymore. He's a very caring guy but this illness was sucking the life out of him ,and he wants out. I keep thinking that maybe there will be hope, I'm still crazy in love with him!

What a crummy couple of weeks....

Love, Daryl

Re: daryl/ Shari

Ask around, you need an atty. who will fight for you. The judge will likely see that your husband has not been treating you right. When I got a divorce, I went to one that I knew would go for everything. Be sure you have copies of all financial records, including bank balances, savings, investments, the value of the home, etc. and a list of how much it costs you every month for all your expenses.LyndaAt 07:14 AM 5/26/2004, you wrote:>Daryl>>thanks for writing back - please call me as soon as you can as I have some >advice for you... also, you need to get a lawyer NOW!!!!! that it very >important. If you are over 30 you cannot take calcium carbonate, you need a different

form. And you must have plenty of Vitamin D in order to absorb calcium. I

take about 3000 mg. of D a day. Bob Barefoot says we should take 5000, but

I think 3000 is enough with what is in my food and all.

It is strange that you are not able to absorb. You need the kind that is

already absorbable, maybe? This is a new thing for me, so I am not up on it.

I definitely would let the cyst go away first. Ouch!

Thats funny cause my in laws told me the same thing, they said if

your over 30 don't take calcium carbonate, however my husband can

take it and it never bothers him, but he does not take it all the

time anyhow. It is also interesting how they market the viactiv (ca

carb) to older women to ward off osteoporosis, weird huh?

Anyhow I am gonna go without the calcium for a bit yes. The kind I

got was a liquid that was full of Vit D and Mag and supposed to be

readily absorbable so who knows. I think I have always had an issue

with Ca since before implants, when I was pregnant I got a cavity in

everytooth in my head, it was horrible, I never had a single one till

I was 28 years old, then boom. so it is like pregnancy did something

wacky to my teeth and calcium supply or something.

it is all a mystery.

Thanks though, for the tip on the coral calcium, I saw an infomercial

on it once and it sounded of course wonderful hee hee.

You may be one who has to do something to fight bone loss.

Does any doc have any idea why you don't absorb it?

Well to be totally honest I have not even seen anyone since my bone

scan because I just got frustrated with Dr's, they wanted me to take

some medication for it that made me really sick. I hated it! I

decided to just keep working out, increase my resistance trainng and

try to get as much natural calcium in my diet as possible.

I know I should see someone but I have grown weary of needles and

being stuck and no one can ever find blood in my little viens and it

sucks!

i was so happy when all my labs, esp the ANA kept coming back

negative that I decided to take a Dr Break. Hee hee, The only one I

ever really see is a nice Pain Dr and she is a sweetie and I am sure

she would help me find the cause if that is indeed what is going on.

Oh one Doc at work told me it could be that I just am absorbing what

my body needs and the rest instead of coming out is acumulating in

some of my joints.

Interesting huh!
