Winnie,

how do you take the Arnica? Do you use the topical cream or the

pellets. If you use the pellets, what potency do you use? Do you

sussuss (spelling...sorry i am still bewildered with homeopathy) in

water?

Sometimes i have success with homeopathy and sometimes i do not. I

have a kit and usually try putting the pellets in water and giving sips

to the boys (usually for colds, etc).

What does everyone advise for the future?

I rarely use the cream but when I do, I usually use Traumeel which has other

things in it, too (actually am using now on my wrist). It shouldn't be used on

open wounds. I use the 30C pellets, sometimes 200C but rarely. Sheri recommends

using it in water, although that's new to me and I've usually had good results

taking it dry. I would trust her on it, though.

Do you have a book to help guide you? Dana Ullman has a couple of good ones, one

for children and one for everyone that does a good job of explaining homeopathy

and helping choose remedies.
