A GOOD MULTI VITAMIN/to deb

Hello Deb. I saw your posting that you needed a reccommendation for

a good multi vitamin formual. I have tried alot, and the one I like

the most is made by ALL ONE. It is a Powder. it is aMultiple

Vitamins and Mineral Original Formula. It is a powdered Dietary

Supplements. 50 vitamins, minerals and amino acids. High Potency B-

Complex and antioxidants. I like to use a powdered form, as I feel

like my body absorbs it better(I have digestion problems). You can

mix it witih water or any kind of juice. If you are interested in

mine from the healthfood store, but I found if I ordered a bigger
