Guest guest
No I dont mind at all. I have heard a lot about them, and was expecting a probe to be inserted with two tubes attached, one to force the water in and the other for drainage. Oh, no, not what I got. It was the open method. A tube is inserted and you lay on a fiberglass table with a LARGE bowl like opening and the water is forced in and you hold it as long as you can then push to release. I thought My g-d I cannot do this but after a few times, it was easy. At first only water came out then stool then water again and I was so disappointed (this is all on the first visit) the tech came back in the room and said hold it until it becomes almost painful, so I did and then the water goes farther up. Then all the bad stuff starting coming out for what seemed like forever. This sounds gross, but I have never felt so relieved in my life. and light. I went three times the first week, then went to Hawaii, ate and drank like a pig, felt horrrible and had several more since I've been home. It really does make you feel better to get all that junk out of you. The best part is now I can go to the bathroom EVERY day sometimes two or three times a day, which I believe is the way it is suppose to be. I hope to continue getting at least one a month forever. While detoxing I think it is important to be able to get rid of the toxins ASAP and mostly that is through the bowels. My doctor was telling me about a patient with silicione implants that was using PCA-RX and was tracking her metal release with stool cultures and she was expelling silicone in the stool, refused to do any enemas or colonics and became even more ill. That was all I needed to hear. As long as I am detoxing, even though my metal tests are normal, I will continue doing these. I think they are great. Guest guest
Thanks Vickie: I think that sounds like an awesome way to detox. Thanks again for sharing with me. This sounds like something I might be interested in doing if only there was some one in this small town that does them. hugs -C In , Vickie <gracie17db@y...> wrote: > No I dont mind at all.
