coffee enema help - gross email

Ok, to everyone who is a coffee enema expert. I just finally

got the nerve to try it. It took me forever to get everything just

right, but I am a little freaked out. I could only hold it for

about seven minutes. My stomach was making noises like a creaking

ship, and gurgling,etc. I had to run to the toilet. Here is the

really gross part. The smell was just terrible and the stuff that

came out was really weird. I had little white and dark red looking

things mixed in there. They were as small as seeds, but I used a

gloved finger to examine them and they were pretty hard, like

rocks. I wonder if they were bugs or something?!

Has anyone had a similar experience? I will probably try this

in a couple of days again. Also, big question. Can you prepare the

coffee the night before and keep it in the refrigerator, or does it

have to be fresh? All in all it took me a complete hour to do

everything and I am limited for time.
