Beth, another thing I had my implants for almost a decade, so perhaps my nerves will take longer to heal than Pattys, 's or anyone elses, as I had them so much longer, and perhaps had more damage done. I have been hasty, though. It has somewhat gotten better, I guess I have been wanting it to be gone so bad, I am looking at it the wrong way, that may never go away. God has shown me so much healing, I should give Him more credit. And my body, it has done so much for me. I also take a very hot bath in salts in our jacuzzi with the jets on-every other night to sweat even more. Arg- I can barely stand it for 10 min, but last for about a half hour.

as for the working out- the metabolism thing was also a late issue for me. It was also the last thing to come around. I work out at Curves every other day, and then as a tip, I wake up before the kid, and work out in the basement. You could say when the rooster is noisy, ha ha . I have alot of equipment that I have used for years. And I love haivng it my basement. It is so convienent. Also, if you have helpful neighbors, some days my neighbor mom watches Tyler while I work out, then I watch hers while she does. Its only 45 min both ways. Try waking up before, Beth, what time do they wake up? I am glad to hear your herxes are getting farthher apart. I also do alot of flax sees oil to coat the nerves, and drag out toxins as a step one. Then take a fiber mix (like a natural metamucil, or psyillium) everyday to then do a step 2 and pull the toxins out of your colon that have been dumped there by the oil. For me, remeber Elimination and sweating. 2 key elements for me. Have to do it. Love julie

I know you did the enemas. Did you do a liver cleanse as well?

Which one? I really think my liver is in pretty good shape,

although I am going to do some enemas. Dr Kolb asked me to try to

take the detox burden off my skin. I'm going to do them on my

husband too. I found out he goes to the bathroom every other day,

yikes, and he has elevated liver enzymes. Yikes.

Anyway, I know that workout out is a must for me, and I'm doing the

hot salt baths. I use the whole bag of salts, it takes that much to

make me sweat. Am using a saunaa part time, am thinking of building

a cheap one. I know all these things will help.

I will add the fiber mix you talked about; I'm doing the other

things. I have no one to help me with the kids. I have to just

make it work by myself. That's why I am thinking about the gym with

childcare available.

Hugs,

Beth
