about a 1/2 hour north of me! :-)

i think my exit is 127 exit for 287........hey maybe we can meet up, that would be really nice....one of the other girls lives not to far as well, maybe we all can meet up at maybe woodbridge mall or something seems to be halfway mark let me know ok love ya BJ

I am sorry about your bad experience. How was your health prior to all this?

I know how you feel about feeling bad about getting your 'friend' in trouble.

Well YOU didn't get him in trouble HE did. HE is the

one responsible not you. He probably has good malpractice insurance and plenty

of $$, but who cares if he doesn't. What is YOUR

standard of living now that he has ruined your health? He is living in luxury

while you are in poverty because of what HE did. Yes I

thougth my ps was so nice too. Well do you know what 'Mr.Nice' did? He implanted

me with implants that weren't supposed to be on

the market unless I was enrolled in a closely monitored study, which I wasn't.

The implants I have are the " Worst kind of all " per an

expert on implants. These implants were recalled 2 months after I was implanted,

did I hear about that? No! These implants were

banned from sale in the US when I was implanted with them...I don't even think I

should have been studied with them. I am doing more

research. The articles I read and an email I got from the FDA says that only

Mentor and Inamed were allowed on the market and all

other implants were to be in a study..that was May 2000, I was implanted in June

2000. I have written to the FDA requesting copies of

the letters the company received from the FDA etc etc.

I DID feel bad for him until I talked to him. He lied all through that phone

call. After the phone call I checked out his 'claims' with the

expert (Dr. Pierre Blais) and found out he can't tell the truth! He put my life

in danger, knowingly and I feel bad for him? Not any more.

Don't let your guilt stop you from doing what is right. How many more lives will

he ruin if you don't stop him.

Most malpractice lawyers work on a contingency (spell?) which is no payment

until settlement. They do that if they think they can

win. Check a few out, don't give up.

that's OK Eileen, i understand how you must be feeling, i too suffer from panic anxiety and it was pretty bad, i kinda have it alittle better controlled.......but in case you were wondering that is why i cannot venture out on my own yet....because of that one reason...sorry your not feeling good but i will keep in touch....love ya BJ
