Position Vacant: Regional Manager CARE INDIA

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and overall management of the program in the

assigned districts; Develop and manage implementation plans for the

program with all stakeholders at the state level; Establish

mechanisms for district teams to identify and manage partnerships

with NGOs and Social Marketing Organizations; Identify technical and

managerial support expected by the district teams; Develop systems

and procedures for program monitoring and reporting.

Qualification

Masters in Social Sciences/Social Work/Public Health/Health

Administration with 5-8 years of experience in managing large-scale

reproductive and child health projects. Experience of implementing

HIV/AIDS programs for high-risk population groups in urban settings

is desirable. Understanding of gender and human rights will be an

advantage.
