Guest guest
Dear , I didn't know you had numbess and tingling! I'm glad it went away; it gives me hope. Tell me again, you worked out a lot right?? I'm interested in that, coffee enemas and saunas, also supplements if I can get the right ones. Thanks, Beth
Guest guest
Beth: I think I wrote to you and told you my routine didn't i? I mean as far as my work out routine. I think it did me more good than anything else ever did. Including supplements. I think working out and eating right were the things that did the most for me. Personally I do not like doing enemas and esp coffee ones. I guess I still just don't feel that it is wise to get your body too dependant on this stuff. I used to work in a nursing home and took care of all these poor little old people and they were all completely hooked on enemas. THey had to have one every other day or they got backed up. It was sad. I realize that allot of people here seem to like them and that is fine, to each his own. Again if you want I can give you my routine and several different ones that I found extremely effective for getting in shape and sweating out allot of junk. Let me know and I can email you in private. hugs -C In , " bethlakey " <bethlakey@y...> wrote: > Dear , > > I didn't know you had numbess and tingling! I'm glad it went away; > it gives me hope.
