I've wanted to activate my claim, so if you can get me intouch with Dow I'd be grateful. did you have dow implants? do you know the serial numbers? Have you had them removed? Were they ruptured? Do you know what the symptoms check list is for silicone poisioning. I had all this information at one time. maybe I'll contact that attorney again,just to ask him. He was doing a class action suit. I had Surgitek implants, they went bankrupt in about 92. Dow only made the silicone for my implants. I have a much smaller claim with them than you probalby do. Have you contacted Dow? You must contact Dow. They send you out a packet to take to your dr. they'll totally walk you through it. Let me know keep in touch. . No you don't need an attorney.

Hi Ann, :-( michelle you forgot me) lol lol i too am silicone sister and still have mine in to date.....i got mine in 79, like i have Dow silicone in my implants, but Bristol was my actual shell, from what i am hearing we have to wait for all the others that have silicone implant shells and silicone to get there payouts first then we would get a share of i guess what is left, which in my eyes makes no sense as its the silicone that has leaked inside me that is killing me....i do have lupus, fibro and many many assorted illnesses....i had a lawyer when Bristol settled and then i went into Dow's so i am not sure my lawyer at this point is involved....i received maybe 5,000 from Bristol which is nothing compared to how i am living...i believe as far as Dow goes they put me at a level B, A being the highest....which the payout is anywhere between 10,000-250.000 and i doubt i will any of that for some time, and most likely they will chose the lower...who knows how it works, i should be getting some kind of letter i believe by June as to what's going on....if i here anymore i will let you both know... how are you, i haven't been around staying at my daughters and then i have been going back and forth to a cousins, her dad died, tonight was the viewing tomorrow the mass hope you are feeling better will hope to call you soon.....love ya kiddo bj
