OMG!! LOL this is SO me too! hee hee I hate

the mornings, but I figure I'm going to have

to try and get use to them if I want to get

my workouts finished early.

Last night I didn't get cardio in until about

10pm!!! I was up until 4AM cleaning my house. LOL

I found my solution this morning. My husband leaves for work at 6 am

and shuts the bedroom door so the dogs don't wake me. They are good

until about 15 minutes before I get up or if they hear me moving

around. So this morning I set my alarm to get up and workout but then

hit snooze...well the blasted dogs cried and whined until I got up 15

minutes later!! Yeesh...but I did get my workout in :) So I guess I

have a back-up system now to help get my lazy butt outta bed!
