Hey, if it has childcare, that is awesome. I did the liver flush, but unlike Patty, I couldn’t bear to drink all that salt. I can do almost anything, but I almost threw up the whole time drinking it. made me nausuas, but Patty swears by them. I wish I could bring myself to do them again, I just cant. I guess its all in body chemistry, and what each of us can tolerate. I know she cant tolerate real green things, like chlorella, and dark green juices, I can now, but this is like the one thing I cant tolerate. I am sure you could, just because I cant- please don’t let it discourage you from trying. They are powerful flushers. Just wanted to be honest. But the coffee enemas- I felt really good with the coffee enemas, and do them twice a month for now. Madfe big improvement. I do take liver supplements, (milk thistle and dandelion mix) everyday though, and the Fat Flush program is all about the liver, and detoxing, so I think I am alright. Are you taking a liver sup? JULIE: Re: Periphreal Neuropathy

I know you did the enemas. Did you do a liver cleanse as well? Which one? I really think my liver is in pretty good shape, although I am going to do some enemas. Dr Kolb asked me to try to take the detox burden off my skin. I'm going to do them on my husband too. I found out he goes to the bathroom every other day, yikes, and he has elevated liver enzymes. Yikes.Anyway, I know that workout out is a must for me, and I'm doing the hot salt baths. I use the whole bag of salts, it takes that much to make me sweat. Am using a saunaa part time, am thinking of building a cheap one. I know all these things will help.I will add the fiber mix you talked about; I'm doing the other things. I have no one to help me with the kids. I have to just make it work by myself. That's why I am thinking about the gym with childcare available.Hugs,Beth

I haven't been able to tolerate spiralina, but hopefully the

chlorella will be ok. I'm taking milk thistle but was just

wondering about the liver flush. I think I'm just going to do the

coffee enemas for now and just see how I progress. I have some free

weights in my basement and a bench so right now I think I'm just

going to focus on using that and working with the kids so they will

respect my time. The thought of having to drive to a gym, and work

out with other people, then rush home, just isn't that appealing to

me right now. That's why I keep going back and forth on it. There

is an awesome shwinn bowflex on QVC for under $600 that I am

thinking about buying at some point. Nautilus owns both companies

so it's a combo product, looks like a good one by the reviews.

Have you had your tin levels tested lately?

hugs,

Beth

Yes Beth about a year ago, and they were down from the previous year after explant and detoxing. Id say in half-esp after I added the flax seed oil or fish oil, both work well. I favor flax for taste! All my metals are down that were high. You can get them down! Time and detox. Tin and platinum were the highest, and I think cobalt. Love julie.
