Hi Niko. I'm just a couple years older than you and have hair loss from anesthesia, crash diet and inproper hormone use. I don't have acne or my skin is not unusually oily but I think with your symptoms, you should consult a dermatologist and endocrinologist. Where is the acne, on your face or body? You may want to get a full hormonal workup and be checked for PCOS too. I've heard of acne related to implants too, so if it's not hormonal, it could be allergy and/or autoimmune, or all three. Get to a doc soon.

I hope you have a good PS to explant you, that is very important, not just for your health and safety, but for a good asthetic result too.
