breaking out, losing hair and very oily hair

I have implants and plan on removing them this summer (cant wait)

but has anybody expeirenced bad acne breakouts, excessive oily hair

and hair loss? I never had these problems prior to my implants, had

clear skin through out my teens. I am 25 and dealing with acne

(very frustrating). If anybody has had these problems and had the

explantation surgery, did it go away?
