Guest guest
If your eating super healthy with veggies and fruits your likely to have a problem putting on wieght, my advice, try adding some fattening things to your diet, like virgin coconut oil, all natural peanut or cashew butter, protein shakes are great with the oil in them. You need to add calories, and veggies and fruits are not going to be enough, meat will help, but you need to add some carbs in there, baked pototoes with real butter and some sour cream are good. I would look at adding those types of things in if your concerned about your weight. Also if your too thin it can be hard to put on muscle without enough calories. Shoot for at least 2,000 a day with your working out you may need to bump it up a touch. I know people think that is something to be happy about but being too thin is not easy and not healthy either, so please do be careful ok! add some fats and carbs and that will help, and hey a nice milkshake or something like that will be fine too as long as your ok with dairy. They make soy ones too that are good. let me know if I can give you any good work out tips too. I would try not to overdo the cardio till you put on some weight. keep it to 35 minutes max on cardio and try to do more weights. hugs -C wrote: > Thanks , > > I'm having a problem with my weight.
