I just looked at one of the products that Jim gave me. I posted

about it awhile ago. It is from " Wisdom of the Ages " American

toxiclense. It is silica " diatomaceous minerals and inositol. Its

the one I said tastes like mud, you mix it in water. He said that

anytime you do any type of cleanse you should be taking this because

it grabs onto the toxicens that youve released and takes them out of

your body. I used it when I did the blood cleanse and also when I

was taking the stuff that got rid of the fugus. I didn't notice any

bad effects from it. On the jar it says it " helps promote healthy

skin, hair and cartilage.

He told me only to use it when cleanseing.
