I found the same things, except that the no milk for me is no dairy. No

caffeine, no alcohol, no cigarettes, and tons of pure water. Also, I have

spend thousands on good vitamins, and some I could not take. I am allergic

to soy. Not to wheat, but if you use these products, skip 4 days between

each time you use them. You can buy bread without yeast made from all

kinds of grains at the health food store, usually frozen.

Xanax is a cousin to valium (both addictive), and I found that

anti-depressants that are not habit forming helped me get the sleep I

needed to help heal.

I also recommend that veggies are organic and that fruits are organic, and

if you have yeast, used in moderation. No fruit juices, as they are too

concentrated with sugar.

Exercise in moderation is crucial.

Even with all of this, I find I have to take vitamins. After about 4 days

without them, I start getting more and more tired, so I take them again,

and within a day, I pick right back up. It has been since 1991 when I was

explanted, so I suspect that I will take vitamins for the rest of my life.

Thank you Terry,

I printed that out. I take the same B- Vitamins. Funny you take the flax seed oil too. I had thought about doing the flax that way.

That formula you take sounds very GOOD. What is it? After all the money you've spent, you finally got a system you know that works huh? Wow!

I know what you mean about the sleep, getting my sleep has restored me more than anything. No more chronic fatigue, afternoon naps and aches and pains.

I will get my allergies tested. Great idea. I know I'm not lactose intollerant. My Mom has lots of allergies, I probalby do to. I know new carpet REALLY knocks me OUT! the ENT, LOL. I need a new one, who will also allergy test.

thank you very much. I really like your program. I need to eat better. I have a bit of a food addiciton I think. Part of my anxiety, I have to nibble. I know when I eat healthy I crave less junk. Thanks again, Good program, Love, dimonds68 <Dimonds6881@...> wrote:

thank you Lynda,

I also printed this out. I am really going to take this seriously. I think the more we encourage each other the better. I didn't know about fruit juices, I guess I will be juicing. I love carrot and celery mixed together. Soy is suppose to be a major cause of thyroid problems, its no wonder we all can't have it. Wow since 91, you've been here a while. Thank you again, and I will be highlighting these points. Lynda <coss@...> wrote:

Soy can mess up estrogen levels big time, that's what the GYN at town told me the other day. He said studies are showing some kind of hyperplasia in the uterous is a result of these soy supplements like Estroven. He tells patients to stay away from this. I don't know if food soy has the same effect. I'll ask him.michelle king <michellerking1@...> wrote:

I am alive only because I took all this seriously. Even my Naturopath

thought I would die before 93 was over, so I guess my clean living worked.

Hope it works for others. I have found that those who take prescriptions

for all their problems are the ones who do not get better.
