Guest guest
Lynda: I guess you had silicone, did yours rupture? I had extracapsular ruptures. I have eliminated most of the pills (prescription meds) from my diet. I believe in restoring the body and preventing illness rather than just treating symtpoms. Is it the pills that are keeping them from healing or the lack of knowledge pertaining to the whole concept of health? Obviously people who aren't aware that prescription meds are hard on their livers aren't going to be worried about their digestive systmes either. Quit a generalization, but take it moderately. I wish I could get away from ibuprophen, but I still need an anti-inflammatory. Could you get off them right away. Any suggestions? I know there is bromelian but it won't keep the pain away. Before explant I had to go 2 weeks without ibuprophene and almost became crippled again. Just wondering, I see you're up late too, I'm studing, thanks > > >Hey there , here are some tips what have helped me alot. > > >These maybe some things you are doing already, but I will list them. > > > > > >1. diet, no junk, breads(wheat ) and sugars, no milk, no soy.
