To Patty and all: Infrared Saunas

Patty,

I finally did it. Thanks to Vickie for sharing about Core Cleansing

Solutions. They got in the sauna this week, and I got to try it out

for 15 minutes free. It is incredible. So far with this I have

produced the best sweat ever. My workouts are getting pretty good,

I am at about 45 minutes and am sweating, but the sweat I have

produced in the sauna is incredible.

I couldn't last over 15 minutes. They purchased a sunlight model.

I wanted to share some info from their site, ton's of interesting

I am trying to talk my mom into purchasing one with me. So, I've
