Hey ,

I think this is what I have. I had a flare today in my left leg and

left hand. The flares are getting farther apart, about every two

weeks and I was having them every day, so that part is great. This

is the hardest thing to get rid of. I still have the muscle

twitches and sometimes it is in my right eye, jeez.

I have ordered the Chlorella from Dr Mercola to add to my detox mix.

I am so hopeful it will help with the tin. Have you been tested

again to see what your levels are? I am doing Alpha Lipoic, b-12,

flax oil, vitamin c, and the cilantro tincture, am going to add fish

oil, all for detoxing metals. I am using a clinic for infrared

sauna but it is getting expensive and may have to look at

alternatives, like possibly steam sauna in a gym if that will work

as well. I am also looking at cheaper alternatives to the large

infrared saunas, http://www.drlwilson.com This man will send you a

kit that is mostly put together. It's a cheaper version than an

actual cedar sauna, about $300

I am trying to figure out what to do as far as working out. My

adorable kids are driving me nuts when I try to work out at home.

The little one howls or jumps on my equipment, the older one yells

for me constantly, and my husband works all the time so he is no

help. I am really thinking about joining a local gym. There is a

Gold's Gym down the street from me and they have a steam sauna,

although I don't know if it's as beneficial as the infrared.

I think you are right, the nerves take a long time to heal.

Hugs,

Beth
