Pattty. coffee enema question

Hello Patty, i hope all is well. IF I am doing coffee enemas

during the week, do I need to do anything specific with my diet the

night before, like not eat meat??? I am a bit confused with that. As

I would like to do the enemas during the week, but do not know what

is ok to eat the day before? I know I can do the juice fast with the

enemas(when fasting is is best to do the enemas in the am or pm?)
