Hi ,

I posted months ago about sinus infections and ear infections, and

my experiance with them. Well to not go into to much detail, I

suffered for a long time, the ENT doctor wanted to drill holes in my

sinus's. Instead I started elimating foods, and discovered because

of all the antioboics I had been on I had become senstive to dairy

products. Once I stoped eating anything that had dairy in it, my

sinus's and ears cleared up. I now years later can eat some dairy

without trouble.

You may have tried this already, but if not give it a try.

Hope you can get this cleared up. I know it can drive a person crazy.

Somewhere in there it asks if you want to receive emails or not, I

bet thats where you would change your email address. Just trying to

lol getting old i guess and forgetful......that brainfog is a killer

on me. thanks for being helpful i sure need all the help i can get

lol lol lol.,......i am so happy that your doing well in school, i

told you everything would be ok and to keep the faith.....its been

pretty hectic here, have the kids a lot so i am pretty tired, doing

a lot of cleaning and laundry etc etc.....my daughter is doing

summer sessions in college and before you know it another bill

arrives for fall semester yikess....those bills you would think they

could send it to someone else but me lol lol oh well keep in touch
