Guest guest
Beth, It's probably a good sign that things are moving around and hopefully on their way out of you. One of these days you will notice that the twitching is just gone, gone, gone! Guest guest
hey, I got kind of scared and emailed Dr Kolb. I had full twitches in my legs for about six hours or so after doing the enema. This was pretty close to how I felt after explant, and was wondering why I got them out, it was so bad. Anyway, she responded, and told me to keep doing them until everything cleared out. She said what I saw was very common. She did me before that the coffee enema was a powerful detox, so I think I will do it maybe every other day or every two days. Thanks Patty, Beth
