patty: coffee enema help - gross email

Patty,

The only thing I'm a little concerned about is I had muscle twitches

in my legs afterwards. I've had a little more than usual since the

enema this afternoon and this reminds me of how I felt following

explant surgery, pretty noticable. Again, I have the twitches every

day, they just tend to be milder. The tingling is better too.

Overall, I am about 70% better since explant.
