I was so worried about you yesterday.

In your post you said your husband wants you to wait till he gets

home. (and this gives you hope)

From my experiance (not all the time this happens) but he may just

what to have you put on hold because he won't be home to file

himself. If you wait till he gets home there is a 90% chance that he

will file after he covers his butt.

You need to see and ATTORNEY NOW! take this time while he is gone to

gather all the important paper work you need.

Change the locks on the doors.

Make sure money has not disappeared from your accounts.

Until the papers are filed he is free to move money, change

accounts, etc. Once the papers are files he can't touch a thing by

order of the court.

Even after you file, you can still try to work things out, but you

and your son will be protected.

One of the reasons he may be leaving is he see's you as weak.

Show him your not. Make a stand. Make him fight to get you back.

MAKE HIM BEG.

That is a good question...I don't know which ONE study or paper would be convincing enough. I think has a great case which proves her implants made her sick, with all her blood work improving, and we have several other ladies who had blood work that returned to normal from high ANA's () and elevated Rheumatoid Factors (Barby).Those alone speak volumes, bur of course, that is not good enough for doctors to be convinced.

I think this would be a great question for Dr. Zuckerman of CPR4Women and Families. I will forward your letter to her and see what she says.
