Guest guest
, working out for 2 hours or just in general sounds great! BUT alot of us here CANNOT work out. I worked out for 8 yrs faithfully, I went to school for personal training, I know how to totally sculpt my body. BUT working out for alot of us, can lead us to be sicker.(such as myself) Unfortunatly, this is part of my life. I do take walks and sometimes swim(I do what I am able) I spent $350.00 joining a Yoga studio here. I only went 3 times, each time I went, I wound up in bed for close to 5 days each time (I prepped myself walking and stretching and doing light Yoga at home- for a few weeks before to get my body used to it.). The class made me incapiciated. The place advertised on 'how this class HELPS FIBROMYALGIA. I never got my money back either. I would cut off my right arm to be able to work out again. ... Peace and health. Terry/dimonds
Guest guest
Hey you sound upset with me, I never ever said everyone has to do what I do or work out for two hours, I can do it and it feels so good so I do it, but I just think that it is good to do whatever you can. No exercise is about the worse thing for most of us. There may be exceptions, but my experience was the more I lay around the worse I felt. I also eat allot of food, don't do a real strict diet, so I think I can probably afford the work outs more than some. I eat a ton of food! hee hee, not all good, but not bad either. I think someday you will be able to do more, just do what you can, at one point I was allot sicker and worked out anyhow, it just made me sleep after, but I still think for me, pushing myself was what worked. Everyone is different, and I am not trying to make anyone do anything,. hell I learned allong time ago you can't make people do things anyhow, so please don't do anything I am saying if it makes you feel bad. I still think most of us will benefit from a good solid workout program. For me I had to find equiptment that did not hurt my heels, so I got a bike, and eliptical machine and bowflex. These are way more gentle on the muscles that free weights and running. anyhow sorry if I upset you Take care In , " dimonds68 " <Dimonds6881@h...> wrote: > , working out for 2 hours or just in general sounds great! > BUT alot of us here CANNOT work out.
