Hey there Patty, I am reaping the benefits of this fast today. It

is 3pm, and I have been feeling real good scince 1pm. It was like

all the debilitating symptoms 'just lifted'. STRANGE. I am glad I

stuck it out. It is like a rollercoaster ride of ups and downs.

Yesterday I could hardly move, I was so scared. Just an update. Talk
