Hey there , here are some tips what have helped me alot.

These maybe some things you are doing already, but I will list them.

1. diet, no junk, breads(wheat ) and sugars, no milk, no soy. I

recently found out I am allergic to milk and wheat(you may want to

get tested for hidden allergies)

2.getting a good nites sleep! 7-9 hours is 'good' for me. Very

important. Unfortuantly, for me, the alternative sleep thing was

just not cutting it. I take .5mg of xanax 1-2 hours before bed at

night, and it works like a charm for me. I THINK this also helped

rid of VERY BAD IBS for me??

3. Stretching as soon as I get up! (every part of my body), and at

night before bed(sometimes once more during the day. This usually

takes me a bit under 10 minutes to do each time. If I don't stretch,

I am doomed.

4. Walking everday(lately swimming), but being sure to not over do.

Even if I am in a flare, I do a small walk.

Supplements that have helped me are

1. a formula(powdered) that consists of enzymes, probiotics, and

geranim(I will take this forever!)I noticed my digestiion was

better, and after taking this, my chronic cold sores went away

2. B-100 Stress tabs with vitamin C by Twin Lab

3. Flaxseed oil(this I will take forever also-helped me with

pain and 'well being

4. On occassion I take B-12 sublinguals(they go under the

tongue, so they absorb better)for energy.

5. The fungal defense, followed by the primal defense, (got rid

of my acne/and boils!) helped with my digestion too.

I try to get most of my nutrients from food..but once in a while

I take a powdered vitamin/mineral formual by all in one foods.

I also think that these juice fasts, and coffee enemas will

benefit me. This is my second one. I did herex something fierce from

the last one. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars of

supplments, and these are the ones I like the best. Geeezz, when I

think of all of the money on the supplemnts I spent, that alone is

enough to make me cry! Trying to fell 'ok' for me is like a full

time job, but If I did not do all these things, I would be alot

sicker.
