hi everyone. I have mentioned in the past several times that I think my little guy (just turned 3) was affected by my implants as he was always ill as an infant (I breast fed) and has has these weird little bumps all over him. The bumps would start small and look like a clear little mole thing and get bigger and bigger over time. they will last about 6-12 months then get really red and pop. He has had them mainly on his tummy and arms - one on his face when he was a newborn. He had one on his tummy for over a year that got pretty big and recently became very red and infected looking so I took him to his doc this week. He said at first that it looked like a bite and then I told him that it has been there for over a year and then broke down and told him the whole story. The pediatrician believes it too!! He even told me that implants make people sick - even salines - and wants him to see a dermatologist ASAP to have them biopsied! It is such a terrible feeling to know that I may have caused this for him. These bumps are very similar to a rash that I have had on my arms for several years that Dr. Vasey said was tiny pieces of the silicone shell (textured implants) working their way out of my body. I still have a ton of them all opver the back of my arms. I have attached a pic of the one I took him in for - if you look to the right of it thereis another one that looks like they normally do until they get like the red one. they have both been on him for over a year. SAD!!!!!

those w/ little ones may want to check this out and be on the look out.

love shari
