ok, I am torn and I keept going back and forth on this issue. Here

are my choices, I have tried out both the Weider Crossbow, and the

Schwinn Bowflex at Sports Authority. They both feel pretty

similar. My local Sports Authority isn't carrying the Shwinn Comp

anymore because they have just gotten in the Shwinn Bowflex Sport,

$999. I really couldn't tell a difference. The Weider is on sale

for around $400. www.thecrossbow.com There are tons of opinions on

it at epinions.com. For the most part people seem to really like

it.

There are some stationary bikes and treadmills in my office. We

have a tiny gym. I have figured out that most people don't go in

from 4-5, so I'm going to start riding the Life Cycle three days a

week. At least that's a start.

Tuesdays and Thursdays I work from home. Those are the days I would

love to have a home gym. Have you found that the bowflex is giving

you a buff body? Do you feel it's enough and that you don't need a

gym membership? I had thought about a gym but the idea of sharing a

sauna with a bunch of strangers who have other toxins is just not

appealing.

hugs,

Beth
