I was an A cup before the implants and I am very thin and tall,

since the surgery I have gained about 13 pounds, which I hope can

make at least a little difference. I have had had implants for 4 1/2

years (with replacement of smaller ones about 2 years ago). The

thing I am most concerned about is the scarring.
