what I had been reading elswhere is consitant with your recomendations

but you are way more precise which is good. Actually I did get

stomach cancer so now dont have a stomach. Another item I read that

helps is flax seed oil. I am 49 and have had problems since I was 18

but also have a genetic liver disease. Thanks for your info I'll give

it a try
